By purchasing from AirPod S, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

2. Product

• AirPod S are wireless Bluetooth earbuds with a charging case.
• Product specifications and images are provided for reference. Slight variations may occur.
• AirPod S are replica earbuds, not Apple products.

3. Local Pickup

• All orders are in-person pickup only in Forney, Texas.
• No shipping is available.
• Orders may take 7–10 days to process before they are ready for pickup.

4. Pickup Codes

• Each order comes with a unique pickup code.
• Buyers must provide the code during pickup to receive their product.
• Keep your code private — AirPod S is not responsible for lost or shared codes.

5. Payment

• All payments must be completed through the website at time of purchase.
• Refunds are only issued if the order is cancelled before pickup.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before the product is ready for pickup.
• Once the product is ready and pickup is scheduled, all sales are final.
• No refunds will be issued for lost codes or missed pickups.

7. Safety & Meetups

• Meetups are arranged in public areas in Forney, TX.
• Buyers are responsible for personal safety during pickup.
• AirPod S is not liable for any incidents during the meetup.

8. Liability

• AirPod S is not responsible for damage, loss, or misuse of the product after pickup.
• AirPod S is not affiliated with Apple and is not liable for any claims regarding the brand.
