Refund Policy – AirPod S

1. Local Pickup Only

All AirPod S orders are in-person pickup only in Forney, Texas. No shipping is available.


2. Refunds Before Pickup

  • Orders can be cancelled before the product is ready for pickup.
  • If you cancel an order before pickup, a full refund will be issued to your payment method.
  • Refunds may take 1–5 business days to process depending on your payment provider.

3. No Refunds After Pickup

  • Once the item is picked up, all sales are final.
  • We do not offer refunds for:
    • Lost pickup codes
    • Missed pickups
    • Buyer’s change of mind

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If the product is damaged or defective before pickup, contact us immediately.
  • We will replace the item or offer a refund before the scheduled meetup.
  • After pickup, AirPod S is not responsible for damage or defects.

  • To cancel your order or request a refund, contact us via the email or phone provided on your order confirmation.
  • Include your order ID and buyer name for faster processing.
